about us
The story behind the vision to preserve the soul of Igboland.
For generations, Igbo history has been transmitted through oral storytelling, traditional crafts, and sacred art — but much of this heritage remains scattered or endangered. The Gong Museum & Heritage Park was conceived as a bold, enduring response — a place where the legacy of Arondizuogu and the Igbo nation is preserved, projected, promoted, and passed on.

Our Vision

To establish a dynamic, community-rooted institution dedicated to preserving the memory, values, identity, and cultural and tourism assets of Arondizuogu and the Igbo people — while engaging audiences across generations and geographies.
Our Mission

To preserve and showcase the rich heritage of Arondizuogu and Igboland through education, celebration, and cultural renewal — honouring our heroes, traditions, and values while inspiring pride, connection, and continuity.
